イチゴ等施設栽培では病害虫の発生は、汚染された苗の持込が最大の原因です。
うどんこ病・ハダニのイチゴ被害は全国的に大きな問題となっており、被害額も増大しております。対策として徹底した初期防除が重要となります。
サツマイモの基腐病の消毒、マンゴの炭疽病の抑制及びラッキョウのネダニの消毒にも有効です。
In case of Protected Cultivation (Greenhouse Culture) for such as strawberry, the most cause of outbreak of disease is carrying contaminated seedling.
Damage by Mildew and Spider Mite has become nationwide big issue with increasing loss amount so it is important to protect thoroughly from the initial stage.

イチゴの昨期は長く病害虫も数多く、安定生産のためには農薬による防除が欠かせません。
しかし、耐性のついた病害虫が多く、有効な薬剤が減少しているため、化学農薬に代わる強力な新防除の開発が不可欠でした。
食の安全・安心志向の高まる中、病害虫防除における化学合成農薬の使用量の削減は避けて通れない課題となっています。
そこで九州沖縄農業研究センターと共同研究で開発されたのが、飽和蒸気と熱による病害虫防除を可能にするイチゴ苗用蒸熱処理装置です。

It had been no way but to use agrichemicals to achieve stable production of strawberry due to its long production period with many incidents of disease and pest consequently but actually it has been requested strongly to find out new/another way as well due to being less effective chemical against more tolerant insect recently.
Under current circumstances for increasing intention of Safety and Security of Food, it is inevitable/critical to reduce input quantity of agricultural chemical, that is why we have been working jointly with NARO Kyushu Okinawa Agricultural Research Center and finally we have succeeded in producing this system of Vapor Heat Treatment Equipment for Strawberry Seedlings which enable protection/prevention by heat and steam only.

台車に苗を並べ搬入後、スタートボタンを押すだけ。完了まで自動運転です。
You just push `start button` after arranging seedlings on trolley and carrying them into this system, then all process shall be completed automatically.

既存の夜冷庫、冷蔵庫に後付出来ます。
